Commercial Water Damage to an Echo Park Office Suite

The office suite in this Echo Park administrative building on the first floor suffered water damage. The water stains on the commercial grade carpeting were part of the problem. The water, which flowed down from a plumbing failure on the second floor, started to wick into some of the office furnishings. Our SERVPRO crew moved the desks, carts, and electronics to a safe, dry area within the suite. We used power wands with wet vacs to suction up the water to mitigate losses. Not pictured, as the service progressed, are air movers and dehumidifiers set up to capture remaining air moisture and protect the paper documents. The swift response and action limited the water damage to a salvageable carpet, with minimal disruption to the workplace. Rely on us to keep your office open for business.
